Convert {booticon} to {biticon} — freedesktop/tango icon names throughout

Replace all {booticon iname="icon-*"} and {booticon iname="fa-*"} calls with {biticon ipackage="icons" iname=""} using the tango iconset. Mapping covers ~70 distinct old names to tango equivalents (edit-delete, document-properties, go-next, lock, internet-mail, etc.). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6

Have retired BitAjax and moved it's functions to BitBase so mochikit is no longer needed Also needed to trim 'description field when displaying pdf's as it contains the pdf text layer. Need to concider just how to add a proper description field to mime content such as pdf
