LibertyXrefType::loadContent: pin item JOIN to group's own content_type_guidHEADmaster

Using the full IN() guidFilter on the xref_item JOIN caused duplicates when
an item (e.g. #SUP) is defined for multiple content_type_guids — each matching
row produced a separate result, sending the same expired xref to history twice.
Fetch group_guid from the outer query and use it as an equality filter on the
inner JOIN, matching the liberty dual-guid JOIN pattern.
