Conversion script matched iname="..." template syntax but not PHP array 'iname'=>'...' syntax. Convert {booticon} to {biticon} — freedesktop/tango icon names throughout

Replace all {booticon iname="icon-*"} and {booticon iname="fa-*"} calls with {biticon ipackage="icons" iname=""} using the tango iconset.
